A case management conference was held on 6 July 2004 to give initial consideration to the appeal filed by the appellant in case number 1038/2/1/04 and the appellants' request for interim relief . At a further case management conference held on 14 July 2004 the Tribunal approved a consent order dealing with the question of interim relief. Following the handing down of the Tribunal's Judgment in case 1044/2/1/04 M E Burgess JJ Burgess and SJ Burgess v Office of Fair Trading on 6 July 2005 the Tribunal made a further Order discharging the Consent Order of 14 July 2004.
